Become What is Possible

Here's what I know about intuition: it doesn't shout. It asks. Quietly, persistently, at the most inconvenient moments. And one of the most common things I see in the people I work with is not that they don't have access to their intuition.
There's a version of you that knows exactly what she wants to do: the career move, the boundary that needs to be set, the thing you've been sitting on for months or years. You know what it is. And it's still there, waiting for you to make your move.
There is a pattern I see again and again, and it is so woven into everyday life that when I name it, most people push back. Not because it isn't true. Because it looks too familiar to be the problem.
